Pat focuses his practice on Business Law & Estate Planning, with 30 plus years of experience in private practice and in-house legal settings in banking, software development and real estate management.  Pat has a reputation for identifying key issues, developing practical solutions, and explaining complex legal options in plain language. His business knowledge is supported by having served in business positions heading up both procurement and compliance functions in public companies.

As a problem-solver, Pat follows in his father’s footsteps, combining an interest in Business Law with work in Estate Planning. Pat and Chace met as adversaries in Family Court years ago and kept in touch through the years.  They became colleagues in 2020.
